Welcome to COPI. By browsing or ordering from this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order — if anything is unclear, message us on Instagram @copi.curated and we're happy to help.

1. Our Products

Every piece is described and photographed as accurately as we can manage, but slight variations in colour, tone, or finish may appear depending on your screen — especially for resin, enamel, and crystal pieces where each batch can differ very slightly. These natural variations aren't considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

Placing an order reserves your items while payment is completed. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified, and you'll receive an email confirmation with your invoice. We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock becomes unavailable or payment cannot be verified — in that case, any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping

We ship across Indonesia via JNE. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery times depend on courier service and location, and are outside our direct control once a package is handed over for delivery — but we're always reachable if something seems delayed.

4. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms (validity period, usage limits, and minimum spend where applicable) and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order (name, address, phone number, and email). Your details are never sold or shared with third parties, other than the courier service required to deliver your package.

7. Limitation of Liability

COPI is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our business grows. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
